Behind the small information icon on every table sits a page describing exactly how that room behaves: how long you have to act, what happens if you do not, whether a seat is forfeited after inactivity, and how a disconnection is treated. It takes about a minute to read.

Skipping it is why support inboxes fill with messages that begin “the game took my stake when I lost connection”. In almost every case the rules screen said so in advance. This page is about reading a room before joining it — which is not a strategy, because chance games do not have one, but is the difference between an understood loss and an infuriating one.

What the Rules Screen Tells You

1. The Decision Timer

How many seconds you have to act. Short timers suit players who know the interface and punish anyone still locating the confirm button. It also determines how badly a brief network stall will hurt.

2. Disconnection Handling

The single most important line on the screen. Some rooms fold your hand, some auto-play it, some hold the seat briefly. Any of those is fine — not knowing which applies is not.

3. Inactivity and Seat Forfeiture

Rooms reclaim seats from idle players, sometimes with the stake already committed. Worth knowing before you answer the door mid-round.

4. Stake Limits and Table Caps

Minimums are advertised; maximums and per-round caps often are not, and they matter particularly while a promotion is active with its own stake ceiling.

5. How the Result Is Determined

The fairness or randomness statement. It will not make you win, but its absence in a room is a reason to choose a different one.

Choosing a Room That Suits You

Keeping Evidence Without Making a Project of It

If something ever does go wrong at a table, the difference between a resolved ticket and a circular argument is whether you can say precisely what happened and when. This costs almost nothing to maintain:

• Note the room and the time when anything unexpected occurs. Support works from logs and needs a window to search.
• Screenshot the balance before and after if a round resolved oddly. Two images beat any amount of description.
• Keep the ticket reference. Every conversation with support should produce one, and it is what allows a follow-up to continue rather than restart.
• Write down what you did, not what you concluded. “Connection dropped at 21:14, reconnected at 21:15, hand already resolved” is useful. “The game cheated me” is not.
• Raise it inside the app. Support that contacts you first is not support.

The Habits That Cost Most at the Table

1. Joining Before Reading

Every complaint about unfair treatment that turns out to be documented behaviour began here, and the reading takes a minute.

2. Playing Timed Rooms on an Uncertain Connection

A timer does not pause for your network. Decisions taken by default are still your decisions as far as the room is concerned.

3. Increasing the Stake to Recover

Rounds are independent and do not settle up. Chasing raises exposure exactly as the balance falls, which is why short losing runs end sessions that a flat stake would have survived.

4. Playing While a Bonus Restricts You

Promotions impose stake ceilings and game weightings. Ignoring them puts players in rooms they would not have chosen and voids offers; the bonus guide covers it.

When to Stop

• The limit you set has been reached. That is the plan working.
• You are choosing rooms by what might recover a loss. The room is no longer being chosen on its merits.
• Your connection has dropped more than once. The evening is being decided by your network rather than by you.
• You have stopped enjoying it. There is nothing further to gain.
