A Promotion Is an Agreement, Not a Gift

Accepting a bonus commits you to a set of conditions. That is not sinister — it is how every promotion in this industry functions — but it does mean the sensible time to read the terms is before tapping accept, rather than three weeks later when a withdrawal will not process.

What a Balance Is Actually Made Of

1. Deposit Funds

Money you paid in. Normally withdrawable after verification, though an active promotion can restrict it.

2. Bonus Credit

Conditional value. Playable but not withdrawable in that state, and closer to a voucher than to money in an account.

3. Winnings Under Conditions

Produced while a promotion was running. Convertible once the wagering requirement completes, frequently subject to a maximum conversion figure.

The Five Checks Before You Accept

When a Promotion Does Not Behave as Described

Occasionally the wagering progress bar stalls, a qualifying game does not appear to count, or a bonus vanishes without explanation. Sometimes that is a genuine fault and sometimes it is a term you read differently from the operator. Either way the route is the same, and the players who get resolutions are the ones who can be specific.

1. Record Before You Complain

Screenshot the wallet, the promotion terms and the progress indicator. Note the date and time. This takes a minute and forms the entire basis of any later conversation.

2. Raise It Inside the App

Always through official in-app support. Anyone contacting you first about a promotional problem is running a scam, without exception.

3. Describe Behaviour, Not Grievance

“Staked ₹4,000 on a game listed at 100 percent contribution between 20:00 and 21:00; progress moved by ₹1,900” gives support something to check. “The bonus is a cheat” does not.

4. Keep the Ticket Reference and Be Patient

First responses are often templated. A reply quoting your reference and repeating the specific figures gets further than restating the frustration.

5. Accept That Some Answers Are Simply the Terms

A substantial share of bonus disputes end with the operator pointing at a clause that was always there. Disappointing, but it is why the pre-acceptance checks matter more than the complaints process.

A Worked Example in Rounds

A ₹1,500 deposit attracts a ₹1,500 bonus at 30x on bonus only, valid for seven days, with your preferred room contributing at 100 percent:

• Base: ₹1,500 (bonus only — the better of the two structures)
• Turnover required: ₹1,500 × 30 = ₹45,000
• Across seven days: roughly ₹6,400 per day
• At a ₹30 stake, that is around 210 rounds daily

Whether that is reasonable depends entirely on how you play. For someone who plays an hour most evenings it is demanding but possible; for an occasional player it is not, and the offer is worth declining. The point is that the answer is arithmetic rather than optimism, and it takes two minutes to reach.

The Scams That Attach Themselves to Promotions

• “I can unlock your bonus.” Nobody can. The request that follows will be for a code or a fee, and both end the same way.
• “Install this version for a bigger offer.” Promotions attach to accounts inside the app, never to an installer. That file is modified.
• “Support here — verify your account to release the promotion.” Support does not initiate contact and does not need your OTP.
• “Pay the wagering off for a percentage.” There is no such mechanism. There is only a stranger collecting money and details.
